Whereas, Addition which might prove t4c� ";.:a;� ci�,sary i:� .th, �� improvement described as PARKWAY DRIVE fromk,�ay,_,)'Ave�iCie to'�:H.'No: 61, Comptroller's Contract L -6579, McCree & Company,'contractor, has been provided for in the Specifications, and Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following addition: 16, ADDITION: For the relocation of traffic signals maintained by Ramsey County at Parkway Drive and Trunk Highway No. 61, in accordance with the Plan prepared by the -County and approved by the Ramsey County Board on September 9, 1963 - Resolution No. 9 -6964: — Traffic Signal Relocation - Lump Sum $1000.00 Whereas, The total net addition is $1000.00, now therefore be it Resolved, That the City of-St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specifica- tions in the sum of $1,500.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract 1,6579, and which amount is to be financed from County Aid Funds - Project 63 -141. The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named Contractor that the sum of $1,500.00 is the correct amount to be added to the above contract.
