RESOLVED, that the proposed permit agreement by and between
Northern Pacific Railway Company, as grantor, and the City of Saint
Paul, as grantee, for the grant of a permit by said Company to said
City authorizing the latter to construct and maintain a public street
in, under, upcm, and across the premises of said Railway Company therein
described, situate in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
"All that portion of Lots Ten (10) and Eleven
Block Thirteen (13), Edmund Rice's Trout Brook Addition
to the City of Saint Paul, lying northwesterly of a
straight--line running from the southwest corner of said
Lot El�ren (11) to the most northerly corner of said
Lot Ten (10), according to the recorded plat thereof
on file in the Register of Deeds office in said Ramsey
County"
in consideration of the payment by said City to said Company of a permit
fee therefor in the amount of $320.00, and in consideration of other
covenants by said City thereunder, hereby is in all things approved and the
proper officers of said City hereby are authorized to execute and deliver
the same in behalf of said City; be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, that it is hereby contemplated that the City's
contractor, as between said contractor and the City, shall be obligated
therefor and shall furnish the public libbility insurance coverage, at
said contractor's own cost and expense, provided to be furnished as an
alternative provision of said permit agreement by virtue of Section 2
of the same.
