AMENDED FINAL ORDER IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS:
RESOLVED, That such being necessary to correct an inadvertent error therein
to make the same to,conform to the true intent and purpose of this Council, the
resolution of this Council in the nature of a Final Order, Council File 214796,
approved September 24, 1963, hereby is amended to read as follows:
In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 20 feet in width
for the purpose of constructing and mai,ntaining a public storm sewer on, under,
across and through a strip of land 20 feet in width, being part of Lot 5, Block 7,
Robert L. Ware's Eastern Heights, the center line of said easement being a line
drawn parallel to and 105.6 feet east of the west line of said Lot 5.
