WHEREAS, the final costs of Grading and Paving Winter
Street from Capitol Heights to Jackson, Comptroller's Con-
tract L -6428, have exceeded the original estimated costs
and,
WHEREAS, upon final allocation of Municipal State Aid
Funds to finance the above project, there is insufficient
funds to meet the final costs in the amount of $635.14, now
therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that an amount of $635.14 be applied from the
Municipal State Aid Suspense Fund, to finance the cost of
the above stated improvement.
