The property is zoned light industry. This is an irregularly shaped tract of land having a curvi- linear frontage of 369 feet on the south side of Pierce Butler Road and an area of approximately 27,794 square feet. The area uses are commercial and light industry in character. The Traffic Engineer has approved the plan which meets the standards for this type of facility. Field investigation discloses no basic objection to the proposal as there is a need for off - street parking in conjunction with the Minnehaha Bowling Center which it will serve. In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for a 49 car off- street parking lot on the above described property in accordance with plans approved August 15, 1963.
