IN THE MATTER OF constructing and maintaining a Public
Storm Sewer, it is necessary to condemn and take a permanent
easement 20 feet in width from the following described land;
Lots 2 through 5 and Lots 30 and 31, Block 4', and Lots 9
through 12, and Lot 20, Block 5, Hazel Park, the center line
of said permanent easement being described as follows: Be-
ginning at a point 40 feet west of the west line of Flandrau
Street and 90.14 feet north of the north line of Case Avenue,
thence northwesterly g distance of 491.15 feet on a line
making an angle of 34 12' with the west line of Flandrau
Street to the point of ending, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the cost of the above condemnation in the
amount of $782.40 be charged to the Permanent Improvement Re-
volving Fund, Code 3001, Comptroller's Contract No. L -6590,
this same fund to be reimbursed from the City's Share of Local
Improvement Fund,, Code 31 E -1.
