PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM COUNCIL NO. 21419P07 FILE Whereas, the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, and Civic Buildings has reported in accordance with.Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emer ency during the period from September 16 to September ,30, 196,83, which rendered neces- sary the employment of,certain employes of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, ,and Civic Buildings for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking at2&nicipal ,Stadium. And, whereas, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Could not be handled by untrained personnel.
