.Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13, 1935,
as amended, be and the same is. hereby further amended by striking out the
titles and specifications for "Keeper of Reservoir " and, "Lake Patrolman --
Water Department"; and, by substituting in lieu, thereof the following title

Duties and responsibilities:
Under supervision, to patrol areas around reservoirs, watersheds.
and lakes to protect the land, equipment, and property of the
Water Department; to do simple maintenance work; and to perform
related work as assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To patrol by foot, truck, or boat the properties of the Water
Department.
To enforce the Water Department rules pertaining to the assigned
area.
To protect the Water Department properties against vandalism and'
fires.
To assist in the maintenance of the grounds.
To take, record, and report gauge readings.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age.
