following described parcel of land:

Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and in part
of %the N.E. 4 of the N.E. * of Section 10, Township 28 N., Range 23 W. described
as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of said Lot 7, 100 feet southwest-
erly from the southwesterly line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and
Pacific Railroad Co. right -of -way line measured on a radial line; thence'
easterly on the north line of said Lot 7 to the point of intersection with
f the said right -of -way line; thence southeasterly on the said right -of-
way line to the point of intersection with the west line of Lexington Park-
way South; thence southerly on the said west line to a point that is 130
