In the matter of condemning and taking ap easement for the- ourrpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the East 4 feet of Lot 8, Block 1,
Bryant's Randolph St. Addition, from Randolph Street to the alley in the rear of
said lot; also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes
on a strip of land 8 feet in width on the vest side of the above easement and the West
8 feet of Lot 9, in said Block 1, Bryant's Randolph St. Addition, from Randolph Street
to the alley in said Block 1,
under Preliminary Order 211265 , approved February 1 5. 1963 ,
Intermediary Order 214531 , approved September 3., 1963 ,
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and main-
taining a public sewer on, under and across the East 4 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Bryant's
Randolph St. Addition, from Randolph Street to the alley in the rear of said lot;
also condemning and taking a temporary easement for- construction•,.purposes on a strip
of land 8 feet in width on the west side of the above easement and the West 8 feet
of Lot 9, in said Block 1, Bryant's Randolph St.. Addition, from Randolph Street to the

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
Constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the East 4
feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Bryant's Randolph St. Addition, from Randolph Street to the
alley in the rear of said lot; also condemning and taking a temporary easement for
construction purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in width on the west side of the
above easement and the WestX8 feet of Lot 9, in said Block 1, Bryant's Randolph St.
Addition, from Randolph St. to the alley in said Block 1, to the extent•shown on the
plan on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is� hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plane and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
