RESOLVED, that the two family dwelling on Lot 19t Block 3,
Edmund Rice's Third Addition to td. City of Saint Paul# according
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Ramsey County; Minnesota, also described as 141 -143 York Avenue,
in Saint Paul.+ is by reason of its structural condition, unsafe
and dangerous to life# limb and adjoining property; that ,said
structure is incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodel-
ing so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should be wrecked
and removed from said land; and it is ordered that said structure
be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at the separate
cost and expense of the owner# occupant, or other person in control
thereof.
