,RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to installation of chain link
fencing at the City Oil Storage and Blending Plant, 877 North Dale Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to CYCLONE FENCE DEPARIMM U. S. STEEL CORPORATION in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#9401 of said Cyclone Fence Department U. S. Steel Corporation for the contract
price of $11880.00, such bid being the lowest and said Cyclone Fence Department
U. S. Steel Corporation being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
