RESOLVED, that the Council hereby concurs with the recommendations
of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings to lease
to Fred C. O'Neil three refectory buildings, being, numbered 1, 2 and 3,
one of the buildings being located in the, picnic grounds and two of the
buildings being located in the zoo area, for a period of five years
commencing with the 1964 season, at a rental of 25%,of gross income from
said refectories.
In addition, Fred C. O'Neil shall pay to the City .of Saint Paul
one hundred ($100.00) dollars per month each year of this lease for the
months of April through October, for the rental of equipment belonging to
.the laity .of -Saint Paul which equipment is presently in the refectory
buildings, atld Fred C. U'Neil will maintain all equipment placed at his
disposal by the City of Saint Paul..
'The operator -of said concessions shall provide a public liability
and property damage insurance policy which shall be approved by the

Further resolved, that the Cbrporation.Counsel is. hereby authorized
and directed to draw the proper lease therefore, and when drawn, the proper
:city officers are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
