214191ORIGINAL TO CITY CLERK CITY OF ST. PAUL FILENCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE X41191 RESOLVED, That in view of the prior cooperative efforts of the Departments of Public Safety in the Fire Fighting Bureaus of this City and the City of West Saint Paul, and in consideration of the temporary breakdown of the 1,000 gpm pumping fire fighting apparatus of the City of West Saint Paul, the Commissioner of Public Safety and the Chief of the Fire Department of the City of Saint Paul are hereby authorized to lend to the City of West Saint Paul a piece of reserve equipment to enable said City of West Saint Paul to maintain average fire fighting protection during the incapacity of its aforesaid damaged equipment, it being the,understanding of this Council that in case of necessity, said Citys reserve equipment shall be returned forthwith to the City of Saint Paul, and it being the futher understanding of this Council that no more than three weeks will, in all probability, be required for the repair and return to service of West Saint Paul's equipment.
