$2,362.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his in-
jury of April 18, 1960, while in the employ of the Depart-
ment of Public Safety, whereby he suffered a fifteen per
cent permanent partial disability to his back.
