Gentlemen:
Attached is a request from Raymond Marusick, 522 East Larpen-
teur Avenue, who-desires Council permission,to erect a basket
weave redwood fence on his property at this address, this
fence to be six feet six inches high.
Our inspector advises that he,made an inspection here on July
23 and found the fence already erected and informed the owner
that he should apply to the City Council for approval. The
fence is-an attractive redwood basket weave and is located two
feet from the property line and will enclose a patio for priva-
cy. -
There are no traffic or other type hazards and it is our recom-
mendation, therefore, that approval be given.
Yours truly,
Al ed H. Schroeder
