NeidIB;6211 Colborne Street, Saint Paul 2, Minnesota, and copies of the condemnation were sent to Fred Kueppers, Jr., Attorney, 1814 Hillcrest Avenue, Saint Paul, 169and the Bureau of Public Welfare, 476 St. Peter Street, Saint Paul 2; therefore be it RESOLVED, that the City Coancillof the City of Saint Paul hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at 10 o'clock A. Rig and 16, Block 28, Subdivision of Blocks 28 and Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul. CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 the City Clerk on this the property known as Easterly of Chicago, ht of Way, of Lots 15 and 29, in Stinson Brown This property is owned by Anna M. Neid, %211 Colborne Street, Saint Paul 2. Copies of the condemnation were sent to Fred Kueppers Jr. Attorney, 1814 Hillcrest Avenue, Saint Paul 16 and the Bureau of Public Welfare,•476 St. Peter Street, Saint Paul 2. In this matter, the following resolutions were adopted by the City Council: C.F. 209990, adopted by the Council November 16, 1962 (published November 24, 1962) set a public heaiing at 10 A. M. December 7, 1962. C.F. 210318, adopted by the Council December 11, 1962 (published December 15, 1962) ordered the wrecking by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner,; occupant, or other person in control thereof. C.F. 210905, adopted by the Council January 22, 1963 (published Jan- uary 26, 1963) directed the Commissioner of Parks.And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter the premises and wreck and remove the dwelling thereon, and do any and all things therein necessary for 4 the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property. G.F. 211674, adopted by the Council March 15, 1963 (published March 23, 1963) approved the award of the contract for wrecking to A. Kamish Company for the sum of $265.00 in accordance with specifica- tions and Informal Bid No. 4972. u • Pg. 2 C.F. 213350, adopted by the Council June 18, 1963 (published June 22; 1963,) provided that the wrecking expense of $265.00 and expense of the Department of Parks And Recreation And Pub- lic Buildings in connection with the condemnation in the amount of $55.05, making a total of $320.05, be paid out of Wrecking Condemned Buildings, 31 G 22, and, in the event said sum proves collectible from the owner, same is to be credited to 31 G 22. The building has now been satisfactorily wrecked, and a regis- tered bill was mailed to the owner. We are requesting that you hold a public hearing with ten days' notice to consider any complaints about the expenses incurred and to confirm the amount. The Council resolution confirming the expense should end with a directive to the City Clerk to file a statement of expense for the purpose of securing a lien on the property.
