RESOLVED, That.the Cedar Sanitary Ice Company, 601 Prior Avenue North
is granted pursuant to its application thereford a permit to widen an
existing 22 ft. driveway to a width of 55 ft, subject to the inspection
and satisfaction of the Commissioner of Public Works and subject further
to compliance of all applicable municipal ordinances and state statutes
having
and rules and regulations of public authority ,cognizance.
And subject further that said Sanitary Ice Company located at 601
Prior Avenue North will not use Prior Avenue for any switching operations.
Said driveway to be located on Prior Avenue directl.V abutting the
Cedar Sanitary Ice Company at 601 North Prior Avenue.
