COUNCIL 214V2 FILE NO. —
RESOLVED, that Council File #213628 approved June 27, 1963,
may be and hereby is amended in its second paragraph to include
the following phrase
"and it is further permitted herein that plans,
NQ- 279+1, attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, may be included with the permission
- heretofore granted under the aforesaid Council
Vile relating to the erection, laying, construction,
installation, maintenance, and operation of a high
voltage tower electric transmission -line in the
vicinity of the High Bridge and Dayton's Bluff,
St. Paul, Minnesota; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that nothing in this resolution herein
contained shall, other than is set forth above, reflect, modify, change
or otherwise alter the permissions and conditions heretofore-granted
and set forth in Council File #213628.
