REPORT OF COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE
ON CONDEMNATION OF LANDS
In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 15 feet in width
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public storm sewer on, under,
across and through a strip of land 15 feet in width near the south edge of Old
Hudson Road from Hazel Street to Van Dyke Street, the centerline of said ease-
ment being described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the centerline of Hazel Street (produced) s&id
point being 1146.28 feet southerly of the east -west centerline of Section 35,
T29, R22 as measured along the centerline of Hazel Street; thence southwesterly
along a line intersecting the centerline of Hazel Street at an angle of 100'
36' for a distance of 205.10 feet to an angle point; thence continuing south-
westerly at a deflection angle to the right of 8'40' for a distance of 428.48
feet to an angle point; thence continuing southwesterly at a deflection angle
to the left of 60'00' to the centerline (produced) of Van Dyke Street; the
centerline of the above described easement being approximately parallel to and
33 feet southerly of the center of the existing.pavement of Old Hudson Road.
Also, condemning and taking a temporary construction easement 20 feet in
width for construction purposes only, said easement being southerly of and
adjacent to the above described permanent easement

The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports:
That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appro-
priated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
