This change orcer was necessitated by the fact that 659-linear feet of additional 20 ton steel "H" piling at $5.35 per linear foot were required due to sub -soil conditions found on the hospital site. The change order affects the original construction contract as follows: I Original Contract Addition Revised Contract 8,225,000.00 $39525.65 802289525.65 The Commission respectfully requests that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, under the provisions of Laws 1957, Chapter 938, approve the above change order.
