RESOLVED, That the Western Union Telegraph Company be given'$eem-i•s��ion
to install poles at the following locations:

Set a 35 ft, pole in the Boulevard of the Northeast Corner of
Earl and Ross St. Pole to be guyed East.
Set a 30 ft, pole in the Boulevard of the Southwest Corner of
Earl and Ross St. Pole to be guyed West with an overhead guy
Across Earl St, to a Northern States Power Company Pole.
Make a street opening in the Southeast Corner of Bush and Earl
Sts, from Western Union Manhole #99 to Northern States Power
Company Pole located in the boulevard on east side of Earl St.
and south of Bush St. Install 3-three inch encased transite ducts
in this opening.
Construct an Aerial Cable East side of Earl Street from Bush
Street North to C.ST.P -.M.& 0. Railroad tracks. `
In Bush Street from Earl to Duluth Street abandon 1314 ft. of
3 Hole V.C. Duct in place.
In Bush Street remove roofs and back fill Western Union Manholes
#101, #103 and #105,
In Duluth Street from Bush North to C.ST.P.M.& 0. Railroad tracks
abandon 1186 ft. of 3 Hole V.C. Duct in place.
In Duluth Street remove roofs and backfill Western Union Manhole
#107, #109 and #111.
Poles and wires to be removed when requested to do so by the Common Council
and cost of said removal to be borne by The Western Union Telegraph Company.
All of the foregoing shall be done to the satisfaction of the Commissioner
of Public Works and in accordance with all City Specifications.
