WHEREAS, C. F. 203789, approved September 6, 1961,
authorized the award ofContract for the construction of the
Summit Avenue Bridge over'the Short Line Road and the tracks
of the Chicago, Milwaukee, Saint Paul and Pacific Railway,
and the financing thereof, and
WHEREAS, additional financing is needed to complete
this project, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that an additional amount in the sum of
$15,000.00 from Municipal State Aid Suspense Fund be used to
complete the financing of this project. This amount to be
transferred to Comptroller's Contract No. L- 6176 -8.
