CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That William Roppeau be paid the sum of
$787.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of
the General Fund in full settlement of his claim against
the City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from
his injury of June 15, 1961 while in the employ of the
Department of Public Safety whereby he suffered a tempo-
racy total disability until September 3, 1961 and five
per cent permanent partial disability to his back.
