RESOLVED, pursuant to the application of John Myers,

Avenue in the City of Saint Paul, so that the same shall be

Gentlemen:
Mr. John Myers of 445 Otis Avenue has submitted plans,
together with a request to enlarge his present garage at
the above address from a three -stall garage to a six -stall
garage for additional vehicles. The area of this garage
is in excess of the square footage allowed for private
garages in a residential area.
This office has made an examination of this, it has been
discussed with the neighbors and will not be visible to
people on the street. There will be no additional doors
and no additional driveway. This office therefore recom-
mends that permission be granted by the Council for this
oversize garage..
