RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee.,
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the installation of
Railings at Como Park Zoo, Como Park, Saint Paul, Minnesota to CRUd1EY FENCE
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid-#9390 of said Crowley Fence Company for the contract �r
price of $1,475.60 (and unit prices bid)such bid being the lowest and said
Crowley Fence Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
