RESOLVED, That in consideration of the payment to it
of the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00),
representing 63.5 per cent of the repair costs to Sixth and
Seventh Streets between Wabasha and Cedar Streets in the City
of Saint Paul, said payment to be made by Kraus- Anderson of
St. Paul Co., the proper City officers may be and hereby are
authorized to execute on behalf'of said City an Assignment of
its claims and rights arising in relation to the subsidence
of the aforesaid roadways by the construction of the Dayton
Company Building adjacent to the aforesaid roadways, a copy
of said Assignment being attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, and the Comptroller of said City is further
authorized to credit said funds received to the appropriate
accounts established, pursuant to law, for the Department of
Public Works of this City.
