WHEREAS, the natural resources intem will work on Como Shoreland restorarion maintenance, natural azea and
wildlife surveys, invasive plant monitoring and control, water-quality educarion and interpretation, and participation
in and/or leading volunteer natural resource activities; and
WFIEREAS, Pazks and Recreation is willing and able to staff this posirion; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there
are available for appropriation, funds of $7,000 in excess for those estimated in the 2007 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following additions be made to the 2007 budget:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul approves these changes to the 2007
budget; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute agreements with
the CRWD to accept and implement said agreement.
