RESOLVED, that the application of Robert G. Wrobel,
as owner of the subject premises commonly designated 2028
Margaret Street, in the City of Saint Paul, for a permit to
erect a vertical louvered fence 6 feet in height upon and
along the west line of said premises and upon and along
the rear line and the east line of the same, hereby is
granted subject to said permittee's compliance otherwise
with applicable provisions'of the Building Code, municipal
ordinances, state statutes and rules and regul ations of pub-
lic authorities having cognizance.,

Gentlemen:
A request has been received from Mr. Robert G. Wrobel of
2028 Margaret Street for permission to .erect a six foot
high vertical louvered fence along the west lot line of
his property to the back of the lot and then along the
back of the lot to the east lot line to provide privacy.
We have checked this and recommend that approval be granted
for the construction of the six foot high fence to the
front of the house and then that the height be reduced to
three feet six inches in height from the front of the house
to the sidewalk at the above address.
