All persons in the unclassified service of Civil Service of the City of Saint Paul except those referred to in Section 100 D of the Charter, which Section 100 D comprises those certain officers and employees of the Board of Education designated therein, and 2. Persons in the Classified Service of the City Civil Service other than those persons who, under Section 7 of the Civil Service Rules Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3250 of the City of Saint Paul, hold positions listed in the Unclassified Division; and WHEREAS, for the purposes of carrying out the intention of the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereinabove set forth it will be necessary to levy additional taxes for the City's 1964 Budget in an amount of $ Dd. oao , Now, Therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to incorporate in his Budget for the year 1964 the sum of $�_r�o o for said purposes, which amount shall be raised by tax levy which, pursuant to law, shall not be considered part. of the cost of government as defined in any tax levy or per capita expenditure limitation.
