WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul has Teetofore,
by Resolution No. 2, D 52, , adopted a statement of intent
indicating therein that it intends on or about the first day of
July, 1964 to consider and approve Chapter 851, Laws of Minnesota
for 1963; and
WHEREAS, passage of said law will necessitate the City's
providing additional funds in administering and carrying out the
provisions of said Chapter 851, Laws of Minnesota for 1963; and
WHEREAS, it is contemplated that for purposes of carrying
out the provisions of said law from approximately the first day
of July, 1964 through December 31, 1964, additional moneys in the
amount of approximately $' 10 e c0 G must be raised by tax levy
and must therefore be included by the Comptroller in his Budget for
1964,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul is
hereby authorized and directed to incorporate in the City Budget
for 1964 the additional amount of $I 9,00 to be-used in
carrying out the purposes and intents 6f Chapter 851, Laws of
Minnesota for 1963 for _the last six months of 1964.
