RESOLVED, That resolution of the Council, Council
File No. 213916, approved July 12, 1963, which granted permission
to The Dayton Company to close Wabasha Street between Sixth and
Seventh Streets in the City of Saint Paul to public traffic for
the date of July 30, 1963, between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and
10:00 p.m. on said date, be amended so as to extend said permission
to include July 31, 1963, all other terms, conditions and provisions
of said resolution to remain in effect as to July 31.
