RESOLVED, By the Councfl1 of•-the City'of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifi ations for constructing sanitary sewer in
E. 7th St. from M Knight Road to a point`°east '.of 6th St.;
also, constructing sanitary sewer in E. 14th St. from 3rd St:
to a point 300 fe6t east, for the City of North St. Paul,,
authorized by and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions
of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11709, approved April
12, 1956, for the connection of the public sewer system of
the City of North St. Paul with that of the City of Saint Paul,,
prepared by the,Cty Engineer of said City and approved by the
City Council of.North St. Paul on July 1, 1963, and heretofore
submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
