In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley
in Block 1, Nelson Park from Chatsworth St. to the West Line of vacated Rogers St.
Also constructing alsewer for storm water purposes from the alley to Scheffer Ave. in
an easement to be obtained on, under and across the West 4 feet of the East 7 feet
of Lot 14, Block 1, Nelson Park, under Preliminary Order 209782, approved October
31, 1962, and Final Order 210685, approved January 8, 1963.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be and the same are hereby approved-and the Commissioner of Public
Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of $8371.00
by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary
materials, and be ii
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $1004.00 and cost of Finance
Charges of $55.00 or a total of $9430.00 be assessed against the benefitted
property.
