RESOLVED, That the Director of Civil Defense is hereby
authorized to expend moneys, not to exceed the sum of $500, from
Fund 2 C 2 for study of preliminary construction cost estimates
for the possible location of a Civil Defense emergency operating
center combined with a training center and administrative offices
in the sub-grade level of Midway Stadium.
