The legal description is a miscellaneous one, a copy of which is attached. The property is zoned light and heavy industry. The subject property has recently been cleared and is being developed with an office and warehouse building to be occupied by the applicant and it is proposed to develop an off - street parking and loading and unloading facility accessory thereto. This is an irregularly shaped tract of land having a frontage of approximately 304 feet on the north side of Como Avenue. The adjacent land uses are predominantly commercial and light industrial in character. Field investigation discloses no basic objection to the proposal. The Traffic Engineer has approved the plan which meets the standards for this type of facility.
