RESOLVED, that American Radiator and Standard--
Sanitary Corporation be permitted to install and operate a
24-car customer - employee parking lot and loading area on
the north side of Como Avenue between vacated Elfelt Street
and vacated Galtier Street, more particularly described as

This is in the matter of the application of the American Radiator and
Standard Sanitary Corporation for a permit for a 24 car customer - employee
parking lot and loading area on property located on the north side of
Como Avenue between vacated Elfelt Street and vacated Galtier Street. The
legal description is a miscellaneous one, a copy of which is attached.
The property is zoned light and heavy industry.
The subject property has recently been cleared and is being developed
with an office and warehouse building to be occupied by the applicant and
it is proposed to develop an off - street parking and loading and unloading
facility accessory thereto. This is an irregularly shaped tract of land
having a frontage of approximately 304 feet on the north side of Como
Avenue. The adjacent land uses are predominantly commercial and light
industrial in character.
Field investigation discloses no basic objection to the proposal. The
Traffic Engineer has approved the plan which meets the standards for this
type of facility.

consider the matter of the application of American Radiator Company
and Standard Sanitary Corporation for permit to install and operate
a 24 car customer- employee parking lot and loading area. The property
is located on the north side of Como between Llfelt vacated and
Gal tier vacated.
A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Court
House and City Hall in the City of St. Paul, at 10:00 a.m. on
