DEHN, Valuation Engineer J. WILLIAM DONOVAN ' Assistant Valuation Engineer FOREST W. CROWLEY, Valuation Technician CITY OF SAINT PAUL BUREAU OF VALUATIONS 286 City Hall Saint Paul 2, Minnesota e July 18,'1963 To the Honorable Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Subsequent to the passage of C. F. 212699 in the matter of opening, widening, and expanding the intersections of Acker Street at Jackson and Acker Street at Cortland Place, it developed that Lots 9, 10, and 11, Block 1, Drake's 2nd Addition to the City of St. Paul, had been sold but that the contracts for deed and deeds had not yet been recorded. Through negotiations with the new owners and with the approval of the Department of Public Works it has been determined that an area less than that provided for by the above -noted council file would be sufficient for the City's needs. I, therefore, recom- mend passage of the amended final order attached hereto. jt Very truly yours, Eltor A. Dehn Valuation Engineer CApital 4 -4612 21398
