Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings.

Gentlemen:
This office has a request from L. E. Fournier, Fournier
Tree Service,for permission to erect a six foot high
chain link fence around the two lots at the northeast
corner of Chestnut and Hill, where he has an equipment
and storage yard.
Our office has made an investigation of this and recommends
that approval be granted for the construction of an over-
sized fence at the above address.
