That the State shall install or cause to be installed the lighting units at the above locations in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the State and approved by the City. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof show the approximate location of these lighting-units. 2. The City agrees that upon completion of the installation of these lighting units it will promptly reimburse the State =1,6T5.80 for the toot of two (2) lighting units which amount includes 5 percent (3x) for engineering and inspection. Upon completion of the installation of the lighting systems tut City shall maintain, keep in repair and provide the necessary electrical energy for their operation, all at the sole cost and expense of the City. All equipment installed by the State initially shall remain the property of the State irrespective of any repairs by the City. 3. Any and all .persons engaged in the aforesaid maintenance work performed by the City who are not independent contractors or employees of independent contractors or who are not employees of the State, shall be considered employees of the City; and any and all claims that may arise under the Workmen's Compensation Act of this State on behalf of said employees who are not employees of the State while so engaged, and any and all claims made by any third party as a consequence of any act or omission on the part of said City employees or the employees of an independent contractor while so engaged on any`of the work aontemplatod herein shall be defended or otherwise disposed of without cost or obligation to the State.
