WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 2 -4343, in the
amount of $116.86, was issued'to Mr. Ronald R. McAthie, of
683 Hague, St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, there is no legal liability that
Mr. Ronald R. McAthie pay such registered bill since such
bill covers the cost of repairing a street light post
_damaged by his vehicle which was stolen, such damage being
caused by unknown parties who stole his vehicle;and
RESOLVED, that the proper City authorities are
hereby authorized and directed to cancel Registered Bill
No. 2 -4343.
