21394721,,�gp t J `REPORT OF COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE ON CONDEMNATION OF LANDS Inthe matter of--------------- --------------------------------------------------------- Opening, widening and extending the proposed Arch - Pennsylvania Highway by condemizing and taking the following described lots and parcels of land, all in the City of St. Paul. _ Lots 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, the north 20 ft. of Lot 2 and those parts of Lots 181 19 and 20 lying northwesterly of a line described as follows: Commencing on the east line of Lot 2 at a point 20 ft. southerly froln the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence northeasterly on a straight line to the northeasterly corner of Lot 18, all in Block 1 of Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addition to the City of St. Paul in Ramsey County, and State of Minnesota. Lots 5, 7 and 8, all in Block 6, Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addition to St. Paul.
