WHEREAS, on October 3rd and 4th, 1963, the St. Paul Bureau
of Civil Defense will be a co- sponsor with other governmental and '
private organizations and agencies of the MINNESOTA INDUSTRIAL AND
BUSINESS SURVIVAL CONFERENCE to be h #ld at the Leamington Hotel
in Minneapolis; and
WHEREAS, industrial and business survival is an integral
part of the total Civil Defense Program in St. Paul; and
WHEREAS-, upwards of 150 St. Paul Business and Industrial
representatives are expected to participate in the Conference;
Now, .Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Bureau of Civil Defense is, -as co-
sponsor, authorized to expend up to but not to exceed $100.00
to help defray its fair share of the incidental costs of said
conference., such expenditure to be made from Civil Defense Fund 2C2.
