Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
grading Arundel St. from Minnehaha Ave. to the north line of Lot 19, Block 3, Neurer's
Addition; Englewood Ave. from Arundel St. to Western Ave. and Cumberland St. from
Englewood Ave. to the south line of the Great Northern Railroad right -of -way
under Preliminary Order 196273 -,approved March 15, 1960 l
Intermediary Order 196845 approved April 26, 1960
Final Order i 9J 56() , approved_ . ime 14, 1 960
The assessment of henefits,_rosts and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 141-h
day of AllguGt 1963 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
