Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a public sanitary sewer in Idaho Ave, from Birmingham St, to Hazelwood
St., and in Manton St, from Idaho Ave. to Larpenteur Ave., also construct a storm
water sewer in Idaho Ave. from Birmingham St. to Dieter St, and in Manton St. from
150 ft. south of Larpenteur Ave. to Larpenteur Ave, and in Larpenteur Ave, from
Manton St, to Birmingham St. - all of which is to be known as the MANTON -IDAHO
SEWER SYSTEM _
under Preliminary Order 196241 , approved March 11, 1960
Intermediary Order 201572 , approved April 11, 1 961 ,
Final Order 202000 , approved Ma)z 9 191 .
The assessment of benefits. costs and jxpenses for,and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said, assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 14th
day of An g7 s t , 9 6 g , at the hour of 10 cMock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House' and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the ,particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
