Saint Paul hereby grants The ^%' C_�rnpany permission to close teat $ en 'Si th and RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby grants The Dayton Company permission to close Wabasha Street between Sixth and Seventh Streets in the City of Saint Paul to ublic traffic for the date of July 30, 1963, between the hours of :00 a.m. and 10 :00 pm. on said date, the permission to close such street being to protect public travelers by excluding them from said area during the period when The Dayton Company will be moving from their present location to their new location across Wabasha Street, subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions: 1. The Dayton Company will construct two 121 canopied'rampways running from two entrances in the present store across Wabasha Street to two ' entrances ' in "the new ' store. In these rampways 61-pedestrian openings will be provided on the present store side of Wabasha Street; 2. Two off -duty Saint Paul police officers will beprovid.ed by The-Dayton Company at each rampway for protection of pedestrians. One off -duty Saint"Paul police officer will be provided at The Dayton Company at Sixth and Wabasha Streets from the time the rampway construction is commenced to the removal. Traffic rerouting signs and barricades will be planned and provided by the Saint Paul Traffic Department. The Dayton Company will file Clerk, within ten days after the resolution, a letter signed by a officer of said Company agreeing be bound'by all of the terms, coi provisions of this resolution.
