RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul,pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 938, Session
Laws of the State of Minnesota for 1957, hereby approves the
Agreement of the 7th day of August, 1963, by and between
Standard Construction Company, Incorporated and the Hospital
Facility Building Commission of the City of Saint Paul and
the County of Ramsey and the City of Saint Paul and the
County of Ramsey, and authorizes and directs the proper City
officers to execute said Agreement on behalf of said City.
