RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an appropriate contract
with the State of Minnesota involving that certain change of
signal utilities at West Seventh Street and Maynard Drive and
at Marshall Avenue and Dunlap Street in the City of Saint Paul,
which agreement is known as State -City Signal Agreement No. 53$33•
