CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT
TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to -the provisions of the Municipal Housing
and Redevelopment Act, Chapter 487, Laws of Minnesota
of 1947, Article 2, Subdivision 6, and by virtue of
my office as Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
I hereby reappoint Harold J. Moriarty, 1718 Yorkshire
Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, as Commissioner on the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the period from September
159 1963, to September 15, 1968.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name as
Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and caused
the official Corporate Seal of the said City to be
