Gentlemen:
Inspections have been made of the eight apartment building
`which is known as 505 -9 Holly Avenue, Saint Paul 2 on Lot
21, Block 15, Woodland Park Addition to City of Saint Paul.
This building is approximately 90 by 51 feet, three stories in
height, of ordinary construction. The exterior is deteriorated,
roof leaks, plaster is falling, floors in some of the bath-
rooms have rotted out, porches are dilapidated, basement entry
dangerous, boiler room not fireproof, three apartments have
only one exit. Six apartments are occupied. The building
should be vacated, wrecked and removed.
Danger Notices are posted and the record owner is Maurice W.
Rosenblum, 1692 Grand Avenue, Saint Paul 5, Minnesota.
Kindly set a hearing in accordance with condemnation proced-
ure outlined in Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code.
