Paul Duf ault, TV Repair Shop, 597 Victoria St., St.Paul which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the building and ice house on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Victoria Street Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 860Thomas Ave- nue and 597 Victoria Street, Saint Paul, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the structures have not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will authorizd the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the structures thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin- ing property.
