RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises
described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Victoria Street Addition to
Saint Paul, according to the recorded plat thereof in the office
of the Registe of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known_,
as 860 Thomas Avenue and 597 Victoria Street, Saint Paul, and wreck
and remove the building and ice house thereon, and to do any and
all things there:h necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.

The City Council requested that you draw a resolution (No. 3)
authorizing the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings
to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the dangerous structures
at 860 Thomas Avenue and 597 Victoria, as described in the attached
letter of Alfred H. Schroeder.

File No. 214489 was mailed to

Occu. Paul Duf ault, TV Repair Shop, 597 Victoria St., St.Paul
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
building and ice house on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Victoria
Street Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 860Thomas Ave-
nue and 597 Victoria Street, Saint Paul, as published in the
official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structures have not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorizd the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structures thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
